Pastor Aaron Dailey
If there is one word to describe Aaron Dailey it would be 100% genuine. It's that genuine passionate love for God and sold out commitment to being a true Christ follower that makes him daily live the call and great commission.
Aaron Dailey is a true vessel and dedicated messenger for Christ. He carefully brings each message given from God clear, un tainted and with Gods raw truth which always encourages, challenges, causes growth, change and a closer relationship with Christ. This to ultimately train others to live out their call and the great commission of being true disciples and to disciple other.
Aaron Dailey attended and gained foundational teaching from Christ for the Nations Institute as well as Vision International University. Aaron Dailey has been a pastor and teacher for over 10 years with his wife Dana Dailey along side. In addition to husband and pastor, Aaron is also a father. He and Dana have 3 children and are spiritual parents to a countless number as well.
Aaron Dailey is the dynamic the founder and full-time Pastor of Life Connection Church, Phoenix Arizona in the USA. Aaron is truly a humble man of God and simply lives a surrendered life each day for Gods will to be done through him.
Vision & Purpose
Multiplication through discipleship
When Jesus left the earth, he also left us with the Great Commission (Matt 28:18), to go and make disciples of all nations. We still believe that His words should be the mission and purpose of every follower of Jesus. How can we do this? Jesus showed us the way. By one leader taking a small group of men or women as Jesus did and loving them, believing in them and developing them in character until there are evident signs of spiritual health. This way multiplication takes place – and only through multiplication, not addition, will we see our cities and world saved for Jesus.
There are four basics of our vision and these are based on the great commission of Matthew 28:19 to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations”. The four basics of the Principle of 12 vision are to win souls, connect them in the body, train them and empower them by sending them out with a blessing. This was the great commission that Jesus left us and we will be obedient servants in Phoenix Arizona and to the ends of the earth as part of the global harvest of souls.
The steps to accomplish the vision:
1. Win
The heart of God beats for souls and winning is seeing these souls get saved. Because that is HIS desire the desire of our hearts is to see the lost come to a saving knowledge of Christ. We realize that the lost will not just come in to the four walls of the church, so we make it our goal to go out to reach them. Our method of evangelism is very missional by nature we believe that every member of the body is the extension of Christ in his or her neighborhood, workplace, school, and world. We believe in the whole body being equipped to reach out to their world with the truth and love of Jesus Christ. Every Believer should be a missionary right where they are in their culture and their world.2. Connect
Once a person has been saved they need to be connected into a family – to feel and know that they are loved, accepted and wanted. Connecting is the care that must be given to a new believer until the character of Christ is formed in them. By immediately building friendships with new believers through the connection groups you will connect them in and be able to begin to disciple them on the Journey.We use a very intentional discipleship process that brings a person from a spiritual child to youth to maturity. We believe the mission God gave us is to make disciples and we know that God took 12 men from immaturity and made them into the leaders of His church.
